Workday Audit Trails for Business Process Steps (community-content.workday.com)
I recently had a (slighly embarrassing to me) moment where I needed to bring up the audit trail for a document delivery business process step and couldn't find it. For whatever reason, the Related Actions >> View Audit Trail on the BP step wasn't showing that I'd changed the URL or any other field. That's the method that's always worked for me on reports, calc fields, and other objects.
After the meeting, I found a report: View User or Task or Object Audit Trail Report
Running this report with Task = "Configure Document Delivery" showed me anytime the Document Delivery step was changed for any integration.
