How to Run with PERFECT FORM | Coach Explains (Runna TV YouTube)

The title of this video is annoyingly clickbait-y, but I did take away something I've never heard before about running:

And the more we drive our hips forward, the faster we start to run. And as a result, our heel comes up behind us more. We're driving those hips.

I've only tried this for one treadmill, but thinking about driving my hips forward worked really well as a cue.
