With a global workforce, there is a lot of different ways that people can spread their work across the world. These are a few situations I've ran into and how to solve or think about which ones are appropriate for different situations.

Additional jobs are where workers split their time working in multiple jobs.

For example:

Maybe 50% of their job is in one location and 50% is in another. With multiple jobs, a worker can have different pay groups, compensation, and hours/FTE for each job. Each job is a unique position and comes with it's own position related attributes. Consider if your condition rules throughout the tenant are position or worker based. Someone dropping form 40 hours to 20 hours in a position may lose benefits eligibility if the rule requires a minimum of 30 hours to be benefit eligible.
